Members, chapters and friends of LKS are encouraged to donate to the Trust to perpetuate the availability of funds for the future. Donations in the form of special tributes, recognition or memorials are also welcome. Matching gifts from employers can provide additional support. Those wishing to establish educational grants at the chapter and/or international level(s) are encouraged to work with the Trust Liaison Committee to ensure proper creation and management of such funds. The Committee may be contacted through the LKS Headquarters Office at lkshq@lks.org.
The Educational Trust is established as a 501(c)(3) public charity. As such, gifts to the Trust are deductible for United States Internal Revenue Service tax purposes to those who qualify for deductions. International donors should verify such deductions through their country’s tax system. All donations and funds are handled in U.S. currency.

The Educational Trust is a wonderful fund that has helped many members over the years with meeting their goals in obtaining a career in pharmacy. It represents the support our members have for one another and the encouragement we give to excel in the profession. I support the Trust to support our mission.
I feel it is important to donate to the Trust because it honors a Fraternity tradition while investing in the professional and personal development of our collegiate members and future Fraternity leaders. As the 2004 recipient of the Adele Lowe Leadership award, I remember how grateful I was to have my achievements honored. Now that I am able to "pay it forward" as a donor, my favorite part of convention is the memorials and celebrations, where I can not only donate to the cause but recognize my fellow sisters for their professional and personal accomplishments.
Supporting the LKS Educational Trust is just another way to show how much LKS means to me. My support for the Trust allows me to honor the vision and the memory of Adele Lowe, and to provide support for the next generation of LKS sisters.
Supporting the trust is just one way to help LKS to get the best people in our profession. I am always proud of the LKS members who want a pharmacy education bad enough to finish the schooling and when the educational trust can help do this, it is wonderful.
By giving to the Educational Trust I am able to support current students the way I was supported. I was a B.Olive Cole Grant recipient in 2010 when I was working toward my MBA degree. Not only did this help me with some of the expense of my studies, it also shows the importance of continuing your LKS membership so that you continue your eligibility for these types of benefits after graduation from pharmacy school.
